arabinose induced expression of PSP3 pag and mRFP

In this device the arabinose induced pBAD/araC promoter controls expression of the PSP3 pag activator and mRFP. It is used to induce PSP3 pag expression.

The PSP3 pag (I746351) does contain a RBS (B0034)!
